Amish Wedding Steak
Ingredients
2 pounds of ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can of mushrooms (or raw)
2 cups of crushed soda crackers
2 cups of milk
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of water (for measuring cans of soup) )
Season with salt and pepper

Preparation
1. Mix meat, breadcrumbs, milk, onion, and spices. Pour into a square cake mold and let stand overnight.
2. When finished, cut into squares. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
3. Dust with flour and fry in butter.
4. Place in a baking dish and pour over the soup, water, and mushroom mixture.
