Mini Meatloaf Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup ketchup, extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin. .
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, milk, onion, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Avoid over-mixing.
Divide the meat mixture evenly between the muffin cups and carefully shape. Top each with ketchup.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through (internal temperature 160°F or 71°C).
Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from can.
Serve hot with ketchup or barbecue sauce.
