AIR FRYER POACHED EGGS

Ingredients:

2 large eggs
Oil spray. I use ghee butter.
Season with salt and pepper
6 tablespoons boiling water
Toast (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 177°C (350°F) for 3 minutes (Air Fry/Air Crisp setting)
Done When the timer sounds, pour oil into each baking dish and use your fingers to scrape the oil around the edges. You can also use a food brush instead.

Pour 3-4 tablespoons of hot water.
Carefully crack the eggs into each baking dish.
Place the ramekins directly into the air fryer basket/tray.
Cook for 5-7 minutes. Timing will vary depending on how well you want your egg yolks done. See the poached egg cooking chart below.
After cooking, remove the ramekins from the hot air fryer.
Next, use a rubber spatula to carefully remove the eggs from the ramekin.
If the egg is stuck, try running a knife around the edge of the ramekin.
Once the eggs are loose, carefully transfer them to a plate or place them on the prepared toast. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
