Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup grated lettuce
- diced tomatoes 1 cup
- 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
- Pickles, chopped 1/4 cup
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
For grilling:
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps
Preparation:
1. Fry the minced meat in a frying pan over medium heat until brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove excess fat and set aside.
2. Spread out the flour tortilla and place the cooked ground meat evenly on top.
3. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef in each tortilla.
4. Top with grated lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped red onion, and cucumber.
5. Combine ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Pour the sauce over each tortilla topping.
6. Add cooked bacon strips and avocado slices, if desired.
7. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll up tightly to form a wrap.
8. Heat a grill pan or frying pan over medium heat. Spread softened butter on both sides of the wrap.
9. Grill the wrap for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
10. Remove from grill and let rest for 1 minute before slicing.
11. Serve your Grilled Cheeseburger Wrap warm and enjoy all the goodness of a burger with a grilled hug.
