GARLIC MUSHROOMS
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion (optional)
- 500 g cremini or mushrooms 1 pound (500 g)
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine* (optional)
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- Season with salt and pepper

Instructions for use
- Heat the butter and oil in a large frying pan or frying pan over medium heat. Masu.
Fry the onions until soft (about 3 minutes).
Add the mushrooms and cook until golden brown and crispy on the edges, about 4 to 5 minutes. - Add the wine and cook for 2 minutes until reduced slightly.
Stir in the thyme, 1 tablespoon parsley, and garlic. Cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
Season liberally with salt and pepper (optional).
Sprinkle with the remaining parsley and serve warm.
