Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes
- Olive oil + salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, dried parsley (for potatoes)
- 2 steaks – I used 10 oz strip steaks
- Olive oil
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder Use
Steak Seasoning I like to use Kinder’s Prime Steak Seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Potatoes
Directions
- Wash potatoes , cut into small cubes.
- Add the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and dried parsley and mix (I don’t use exact measurements for this part)
- Toast the potatoes in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes; Cook while shaking. Go at least a few times
- Once the potatoes are cooked, cut the steak into about 1-inch cubes.
- Brush steak pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, set them aside
- Cook the steak in the fryer at 400 degrees for about 7 minutes (mine was about medium-rare)
- Melt the butter and add the minced garlic and dry Add parsley and stir.
- Pour garlic butter over each piece of steak and serve over crispy potatoes
