Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Ingredients:
Ground beef
1 pound
1 jar spaghetti sauce
8 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 pound cottage cheese (equivalent to 1 cup)
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 spaghetti Pack 16 oz
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°. Boil the spaghetti noodles until al dente (hard). Drain and set aside until ready to assemble.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese together.
Fry the hamburger steak and drain well. Mix the hamburgers with the spaghetti sauce.
Place a few sheets of butter in a 9×13 pan and pour half of the spaghetti noodles on top.
Take the cream cheese mixture and pour it over the pasta. Spread it well over the noodles.
Pour remaining pasta over cream cheese mixture. Place a few more pieces of butter on top of the noodles.
Pour the spaghetti and meat sauce over the pasta.
Now you can put it in the oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, pour the desired amount of grated cheese on top and place in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
