Method

1. Prepare the Brownie Layer

  1. Melt butter and mix with white + brown sugar.

  2. Add eggs one by one and whisk well.

  3. Add vanilla.

  4. Sift in flour, cocoa, and salt.

  5. Mix until smooth and thick.

2. Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese until creamy.

  2. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla.

  3. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

3. Assemble

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C.

  2. Spread 80% of the brownie batter into a baking tray.

  3. Pour the cheesecake mixture on top.

  4. Add dollops of the remaining brownie batter.
