Banana Icebox Cake
Ingredients:
Instant Banana Cream Pudding Mix 6.8 oz (2 boxes of 3.4 oz)
3 cups cold milk
Top 16 oz container (2 8 oz containers) with whipped cream
3 sleeve graham crackers
fresh banana slices for garnish

Instructions:
Add the banana and cream mixture and milk to a large bowl and stir until well combined and continue stirring until the mixture begins to thicken (about 1 minute).
Add whipped topping to one container.
Set aside.
Place one quarter of the graham crackers in the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish. You may need to crush some to accommodate the graham crackers. Pour 1/3 of the pudding mixture over it and smooth it out. Repeat two more times.
Top with the last few graham crackers. A few small pieces will remain, but that’s okay. Set aside for garnish, if desired.
Smooth remaining container with whipped topping, making sure no graham crackers are exposed.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. If desired, top with remaining crushed graham crackers and fresh banana slices, then slice and serve.
