Pour 1 cup of milk into a bowl
1 cup of water.
You can also make 2 cups of milk if you want
Not hot, warm
2 tablespoons sugar
Add 10g sachet yeast
Stir and let rest for 10 minutes
Sift 6 cups of flour into another bowl
1 teaspoon salt
Add 1/4 cup oil and 1 egg to yeast mixture and stir
Add flour to yeast mixture
Mix well until a sticky dough forms.
Add a tablespoon of butter or margarine
Knead for about 15 to 20 minutes.
As time passes, it will become less sticky when kneaded.
Grease the dough and bowl with oil and cover. Let rise for 45 minutes. Flatten into golf ball-sized rolls and place in a buttered baking dish.
Cover and let ferment for about 30 minutes
Egg wash mixed with a small amount of eggs and milk
Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for about 20 minutes.
When ready, brush the buns with butter.
