1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
Peel the turnips. Cut into rounds about 1/4 inch thick. Stack the circles and cut into 1/4-inch wide bars.
Toss the rutabaga stems in a large bowl with the avocado oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Place an oven-safe rack on a large baking sheet. Arrange the fries on a rack in a single layer. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, until the fries are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside.
