Easiest Pineapple Cake

INGREDIENTS

2c all-purpose flour
2c sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 – 20 ounces canned pineapple (undrained) in its own juice, not in syrup
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

cream cheese scent

1/2 c or 1 stick butter
1-8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
Coconut for garnish – optional
