Shrimp with Garlic and Coconut Milk
Ingredient
500 G peeled shrimp or shrimp tails
1 fresh lemon juice
2 or 3 pressed garlic cloves
salt and pepper
1 large tablespoon butter
1 small onion chopped
1 to 2 small dried chili peppers without seeds inside
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (a little less for me)
250ml coconut milk

Preparation
If necessary, peel the shrimp, clean and drain. Put the shrimp in a salad bowl, add pressed garlic, sprinkle with lemon juice, mix everything well and let marinate for about 1 hour. Peel and finely chop the onion. In the pan, melt the butter, add the onions, fry until golden without color, then add the shrimp, fry for 2 minutes on each side, add small chili peppers, sprinkle with coconut milk, season with paprika, a little. salt, stir well, add parsley and coriander, leave over low heat to thicken.
