Delicious Homemade Burgers
- 500 grams of ground meat (beef, pork, turkey, chicken, or a mixture)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cooking oil

- Additional ingredients (lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, bacon, etc.)
Cook on the grill or in a skillet until juicy. Place it on a soft bun, add toppings like lettuce, tomato, cheese, sauce, and more to enjoy a unique and delicious burger in the comfort of your home.
1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, minced onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix everything by hand until the ingredients are well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into burger-sized portions and shape each into a ball. Then flatten each ball to create a burger shape. We can make it to your desired size.
3. Heat a large skillet or grill over medium heat and add a little oil to keep the burgers from sticking. 4. Cook for about 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of your burger and how you prefer it cooked (rare, medium-rare, or well-done). 5. If you want to add cheese to your burgers during the last few minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each burger and let it melt. 6. While the burgers are cooking, you can lightly toast the burger buns in a pan or toaster.
7. Once the hamburger is cooked to your liking, remove from the heat.
8. Assemble the burger by placing a patty on the bottom half of each burger bun. Add your favorite toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bacon, sauce, etc.
9. Cover with the remaining half of the bread and it’s done! Enjoy our homemade burgers with fries, salad, or any other side dish of your choice.
