Chocolate crepe recipe
10g (2 teaspoons) sugar
2g (1/2 teaspoon) salt
12ml (1 tablespoon) oil
250ml (1 cup) milk
125g (1 cup) flour
As for the filling and decorations:
Add eggs, sugar, and salt to a bowl. Whisk with a mixer.
Add milk, oil and sifted flour and mix with a mixer. Leave for 30 minutes
Bake on a baking sheet coated with oil on both sides. Cut the pancake in half, fill it with chocolate and roll it up. Garnish with hazelnut cream.
