Creamed Horn Recipe
Ingredients
Yield: 12 canoncini
For vanilla pudding cream (crema pasticella):
3 egg yolks
3 tablespoons (30g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (100g) sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
235ml (8 oz) milk
For canoncini:
1 sheet of thawed puff pastry (about 225g)
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 egg (for egg washing)
powdered sugar for decoration
