Red Velvet cup Cake

 

Ingredient

For wet ingredients.
1 cup condensed milk (can use fresh milk) add 1 tablespoon lemon juice or white vinegar Let stand for at least 5 minutes
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs (L)
1/2 canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon red food coloring
1/2 cup warm water
Mix wet ingredients and set aside…

For dry ingredients.

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
A little salt
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
