1 teaspoon. baking powder
1 teaspoon. cinnamon
1 teaspoon. baking powder
From 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1 cup oil
4 cups grated carrots
1 cup chopped walnuts.

200g butter..
200g cream cheese
3 cups powdered sugar
Juice of rind of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons vanilla
