Toll House Famous Fudge
Material:
2 tablespoons and more unsalted butter at room temperature for brushing teeth
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
9 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped (1 3/4 cups)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Lightly butter a 20cm baking dish and line it with baking paper, leaving about 5cm overhang on each side. Lightly butter baking paper.
