No-Bake Nougat Bars

Ingredients

1.3 cups salted peanuts
2.2 cups peanut butter chips
3.2 cups mini marshmallows
Sweetened condensed milk 4.1 cans
5.3 tablespoons unsalted butter
6.1/2 tsp vanilla essence

How to make homemade payday candy bars

Step 1: Place butter and peanut butter chips in a large saucepan and melt over medium heat until smooth.

Step 2: Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and marshmallows to the melted butter and peanut butter mixture. Stir until the mixture is smooth and completely mixed.

Step 3: Coat a 9″ x 13″ rectangular baking dish with butter or nonstick spray. Spread half the peanuts in a casserole dish

Step 4: Pour the mixture from Step 2 evenly over the peanuts and sprinkle the remaining peanuts on top

Step 5: Store in the refrigerator or leave at room temperature until firm. Cut the candy into portion bars and enjoy
