Garlic Steak and Potato Foil Packs

 

Ingredients

  • Cut a 2-pound sirloin steak into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 12 asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • aluminum foil for packing
