Steak Dinner
Ingredients:
Lamb
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 4 lamb leg steaks
- salt and black pepper
Veggies
- 500g toddler new potatoes, sliced
- 500g extensive beans (podded weight), skinned if you have time
- 8 shallots, halved
- 2 courgettes, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 75ml white wine
To serve

Method:
• First marinate the lamb. Blend the oil, lemon juice, garlic and mint in a bowl and upload masses of seasoning. Upload the lamb steaks and rub the combination into them.
• Set apart whilst you prepare the veggies.Preheat the oven to 200°C/Fan a hundred and eighty°C/fuel 6.
• placed the potatoes, wide beans, shallots and courgettes right into a massive roasting dish, then drizzle over the olive oil and white wine. Stir the whole lot together, then cover the tin with foil. Roast within the oven for half-hour, then dispose of the foil and prepare dinner for another 15 mins.
