Bisquick Sausage Muffins
Elements:
- 16 ounces breakfast sausage
- Four big eggs, lightly crushed
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 cup Bisquick authentic Pancake & Baking blend
Bisquick Sausage Muffins

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners or as an alternative grease the muffin tin nicely; set aside.
In a 12-inch skillet, over medium-excessive warmness, cook and crumble the sausage until no red coloration remains. Remove to a paper towel-coated plate. Cool sausage for about 10 minutes.
In a medium blending bowl, stir collectively eggs, shredded cheese, inexperienced onions, cooked drained sausage, and baking mix. Stir till thoroughly mixed.
Fill every muffin cup three/four full. Bake in preheated oven until the tops of the desserts are golden brown and are baked thru about 20 mins.
