Seafood Mac and Cheese

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups of dry Macaroni
  • 6 oz. Claw Crab Meat
  • 8 oz.. Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 ounces. Bitter Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • 8 ounces. Block Sharp White Cheddar Cheese
  • 4 oz.. Block Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Salt, Black Pepper, to flavor

Seafood Mac and Cheese

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°.
Peel and de-vein shrimp if wished.
Prepare dinner the macaroni in keeping with bundle instructions. Drain nicely.
Area drained macaroni in a huge mixing bowl.
Upload the bitter cream, and stir collectively well, until all noodles are coated.
Add the crab meat, and stir nicely.
Finely chop the green onion. Set aside.
Grate the white cheddar cheese. Set apart.
Grate the mozzarella cheese. Set aside.
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan, or skillet.
Upload the shrimp. Turn and stir shrimp until lightly carried out.
Cast off shrimp from pan. Chop slightly while cooled. Add to the macaroni mixture.
Upload the finely chopped onions to the saucepan, and sauté until tender.
Sprinkle flour over onions and blend nicely. Permit cook and brown for about one minute.
Slowly upload the milk, stirring constantly until the combination begins to thicken.
Step by step add the grated Cheddar Cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts.
Pour the cheese mixture over the macaroni and seafood mixture. Stir nicely to combine.
Add salt and pepper to flavor.
Place the aggregate in a nicely-buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle top with grated mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on pinnacle of the mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle lightly with Paprika, to feature colour.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 mins, or until gently browned on pinnacle.
Serve warm and experience!
