BEEF BOURGUIGNON
Ingredients
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 kg Braising red meat
2 hundred g Smoked publisher 1st baron verulam lardons
4 Cloves Garlic Peeled and crushed
450 g Pearl onions See recipe notes, i take advantage of frozen
5 big carrots Peeled, trimmed and reduce into huge chunks
Four hundred g Button mushrooms
400 ml red wine
350 ml beef stock
2 tbsp Dried thyme
Three tbsp Tomato puree
Salt and pepper
Three tbsp Cornflour
Chopped clean parsley to serve.

Methods
TO prepare dinner within the stress COOKER:
