Sweet Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

▢four boneless skinless hen breasts approximately five-6 ozeach
▢salt & pepper to taste
▢1 tablespoon olive oil
▢2 tablespoons butter
▢3 cloves garlic minced
▢⅓ cup dry white wine
▢⅓ cup heavy cream
▢¼ cup chook broth
▢1 teaspoon soy sauce

▢2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
▢⅛ teaspoon dried thyme or 1 sprig clean thyme

Instructions

Pound hen to at least one-inch thick and season with salt and pepper.
