Mini Power Pork Patty

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and par-cook all ingredients except ground pork and bacon.
In a large bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, and paprika. Add the egg and mix until well combined.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread ⅔ of the minced pork mixture on it. Push in the center and sides to create a fountain. Make sure the walls are thick enough. You don’t have to use the whole pot. Closely arrange
pork chop, breakfast sausage halves, ham, breakfast patties, pulled pork, and smoked sausage.
Flatten the remaining ⅓ minced meat and place on top as a “lid”.Seal the edges well. Let cook for 30 minutes.
On a large piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap, weave the strips of bacon together until you have a strip of bacon twice the length and twice the width of the pork bun.
Place the roast pork in the center of the bacon fillet and wrap in the bacon. Place the excess bacon under the bread.
Bake an additional 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Leave to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Have fun!
