Jalapeno Popper Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Tater Kids
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pound Sir Francis Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups Mexican cheese
  • 6 spring onions, chopped
  • 6 green Lapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and grease a 9×31 pan well.
Place the croquettes on the bottom tray and bake for 15 minutes.
