▢2 ribeye steaks 1″ thick
▢2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable
▢steak seasoning or kosher salt & pepper, to flavor
▢2 tablespoons butter or herbed butter

Do away with steaks from the refrigerator as a minimum 45 minutes earlier than cooking.
Simply before cooking, rub steaks with olive oil and generously season to taste.
Grill
Preheat grill to medium warmth (about 375°F).
Prepare steaks as above and grill 5-6 mins according to aspect for medium-rare or 6-7 mins in keeping with aspect for medium.
Do away with from the grill and top with a pat of butter, loosely tent with foil. Rest steaks 5-10 mins earlier than serving.
