Ingredients
- 12 chicken thighs
- Marinade
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 tablespoons ginger
- 1 red chili
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ½ cup soy sauce (100ml)

Preparation
Garlic , ginger, chili pepper, honey and soy sauce in a bowl.
Mix the chicken thighs together.
Cover with plastic wrap and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
In a large skillet, sear the chicken on all sides until brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning the marinade, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the pan and pour in the marinade.
Bring to the boil and stir until the marinade thickens and becomes sauce-like.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook in the sauce for another 5-10 minutes. Make sure each leg is well coated and cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
Have fun!
