Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
▢1 cup shredded graham crackers (1 pod or 9 crackers, see note 1)
▢1 cup creamy peanut butter (see note 2)
▢1 cup powdered sugar
▢1/4 cup softened butter (½ cube)
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate (See Note 3)
Peanut Butter Balls

Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Form small balls the size of a teaspoon and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper or a silicone mat. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
Place the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of boiling water (bain-marie method) or melt in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments (stir well after each batch).Using 2 tablespoons, dip the peanut butter balls into the melted chocolate and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes for the chocolate to set.
