Lemon Mug Cake

 

INGREDIENTS

Citrus Mug Cake:

1 tablespoon butter,

3 tablespoons almond flour,

and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Use 1 tablespoon of your favorite sweetener such as monk fruit granules (OR 1 egg white)

3 tablespoons egg white
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/5-8 vs. lemon zest

Citrus Frosting:

1 tablespoon soft cheese
1 tablespoon granulated (granulated) sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice

instructions

Put the cup in a cup, mix well and then microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds!
Mix well until a glaze forms.
