Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites
Ingredients
- 1 poundBreakfast Sausage
- 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/3 cupCoconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Sausage Egg and Cheese Bites

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Cook Breakfast Sausage, trimming excess fat drain and let cool slightly.
When the sausage is cold, place in a bowl and mix with the cream cheese until there are no lumps of cream cheese left. (It’s important to make sure the sausage isn’t too hot before proceeding, as it will cook the egg when you add it in the next step.) Mix together
cheddar cheese, eggs, coconut flour, and baking powder.
When well mixed, cover and refrigerate for 5-10 minutes. Coconut flour still absorbs moisture. So if the batter seems too runny, this step will help. Skipping this step and not letting the dough cool will result in flat pieces and not balls as you can see in the photos.
Grease a baking sheet and use a kitchen spoon to place the sausage, egg and pieces of cheese. Bake
for 18-20 minutes.
