Tennessee Onion Casserole
Ingredients
- 3-4 sweet Vidalia onions
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- 1 cup Italian Cheese Blend, chopped
- 1 cup Gift Ched Cheese, chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan

Instructions
STEP ONE:
Preheat oven to 350*
Non-stick spray pan 9×13
Cut onion into ¼ inch rings
Separate onion rings i
Scatter onion rings on top with garlic powder, Salt and oregano
Cut the butter into 8 butter pieces
STEP SECOND:
Spread the butter evenly over the onion and spices
Sprinkle with Italian cheese and cheddar
Finish with a sprinkle of parmesan
STEP THREE:
Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
Serve immediately.
