for 8 people:
- 850 g of salmon
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 garlic
- 150 g of cream
- 1 crushed clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- salt pepper
Boil the potatoes in boiling water. Peel them and cut them into slices.
Arrange the salmon skin on the tray. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
Mix the Boursin with the cream.Top the salmon with the potatoes and stack them like chips.
Spread the Boursin cream and cook at 180° for 30 minutes.
