- 6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin (approx. 5-6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 teaspoons bird seasoning or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to flavor
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a pan with foil and location a baking rack on pinnacle.
Dab fowl skin dry with a paper towel to do away with any moisture.
Drizzle hen with olive oil and season with seasoning, salt and pepper.
Region at the rack and bake 35-40 mins or till chook reaches a hundred sixty five°F.
Broil 2-3 minutes to crisp if needed.
